Getting a Dependable Quote

If you've been around this business for long you know that software development work, especially maintenance, is notoriously difficult to estimate let alone quote.  Our ability to do provide a guarantted fixed price quotes is a combination of the following factors:

• We know what we are doing.  There is no way around this point.  We are using known tools with an experienced and cohesive team that has been working with your application for years.  It the biggest advantage we have.
• We emphasize small incremental changes that can be clearly defined and quickly implemented.  This decreases uncertainty both in terms of cost and requirements.  We benefit because we can quote with certainty.  Our client benefit because this allows them to realize incremental benefits quickly and provide more feedback and visibility to see how things work before taking the next step. 
• We only charge for what we know we can estimate and deliver with certainty: The extra services we deliver for FREE are nearly impossible to estimate on a fixed price basis.  It is even more difficult to estimate the direct/hard benefit (i.e., Return on Investment) that these extra services will generate and hence it is equally difficult for our client to gage what the extras (services) are worth in hard dollars.  We therefore, consider such services as the costs of  building a long-term relationship with our clients.
