Technical Support
DJiNN Software provides second level technical support for all software that we maintain. You field the initial call from your users. If you don't know how to handle it pass it over to us. Our technical support service ensures that you will get a resolution on your issue in accordance to the pre-defined and agreed to service levels.
Our technical support service is characterized by:
- One contact for all application needs: application availability / performance issues, technical support, and change requests.
- Your issue will be answered by someone currently on the project who knows it intimately, often the lead of your DJiNN development team.
- All support issues are monitored by the lead of your DJiNN development team and tracked within our own internal work flow management system - DJiNN Works
- A full range of support plans including support hours and issue turn-around guarantees.
We are happy to tailor our technical support services to match your needs and adjust those services as needs change.
